The CMA CGM Group is launching "She Sails," an initiative led by Rodolphe Saadé and Christine Cabau, to enhance diversity and the attractiveness of maritime careers for women. The ambitious goal is to have 500 women among our crew by 2026, more than double the current number. Concrete actions will be taken to promote gender parity, the attractiveness of maritime professions, and respectful behavior on board.
